Welcome to The Vineyards Condominium
ImageThe Vineyards Condominium community was built in mid-eighties and is located in the Briggs Chaney area of Silver Spring, Maryland off of Ashton Manor Drive, not far from the East County Community Center

The Vineyards consists of 274 “garden” style condominium homes in twenty two (22) buildings. The community has addresses on Modrad Way, Sir Thomas Drive and Sir Thomas Way.

The purpose of this site is to provide homeowners and residents of our community with easy access to our association and information relevant to our neighborhood and community.

ATTENTION Pet Owners!
Pet owners are reminded that they should walk their pets AWAY from the buildings (their neighbors’ homes), playground areas and high traffic areas.

ImageDeposits of "poop" around the common areas is a significant nuisance.

PETS SHOULD BE ON A LEASH WHEN ON VINEYARDS PROPERTY.
IT'S NOT ONLY AN ASSOCIATION RULE, BUT COUNTY LAW!

The Condominium covenants, rules and the law also say that you should "pick-up" after your pet. Let's face it, these things are not only the law, but they are also the signs of a considerate pet owner/neighbor.

Please be aware that, failure to follow the proper rules concerning your pet could result in a monetary fine being imposed or action being taken to remove the pet from the community!

Anyone wishing to file a complaint concerning a pet owner who allows such problems to occur should WRITE to:

The Vineyards c/o Vanguard Management
P.O. Box 39 • Germantown MD 20875-0039 OR
drop off your complaint at the site office.

Your complaint should include:

Image • The date and time of the incident,
• A description of the pet,
• The address (street # and Unit #) of the owner to whom the pet belongs.
• Your name and address.

Action can only be taken upon receipt of a written and signed complaint.

Confidentiality will be protected to the greatest extent possible. However, because Maryland law requires that all "books and records" be available for review by the members, a complaint could be accessible to someone who wishes to "jump through the hoops" required to view the Association records.
