The contractor is moving along with the replacement of the deck areas location on buildings 3301-3303 which is Phase 1 of this project. At the current time, the Association is replacing approximately 14 decks. It is the hope that this project will be completed by the end of June 2010.
Installation of Verizion Fios:
The community held a meeting during the Month of May with all residents who were interested on information regarding Verizion Fios. Many representatives from Verzion attended the meeting to answer any concerns or questions that homeowners may have. The Association is now entering into Phase II of the installation stage. Verzion will be completing an engineer study and present it’s course of action to the Board of Directors. As soon as this information is received, the Associations legal counsel will review and approve.
